Shipping Policy
Delivers may take up to 14 total days max depending on the courier. Track your shipment to see the deliver status. We truly apologize for any inconvenience.
Processing time varies from 1-3 business days after that your order will be shipped. We ship Monday-Saturday. If you place an order on Sunday it will be processing on the following Monday.
Pickup orders:
You will receive an email notification letting you know when your order is ready for pick-up. You agree to pick-up your order within 5 days. After 10 days total your order will automatically be achieved. You will not be able to receive a refund and will not be able to claim it any time frame later.
U.S Shipping:
- Standard shipping: 3-4 days
- Economy shipping: 5-8 days
Lost orders:
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that may be come lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/ or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS, USPS, or DHL tracking will not be re-shipped. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery date.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
